Bubble Club

Welcome to our new Bubble Club!

Looking for engaging activities for families to enjoy together in the school holidays?  To support families we have created an exciting new activity package combining fun, learning and outdoor exploration.  Our ‘Bubble Club’ offers groups of up to 5 (max of two family groups) a tailored session with one of the farm’s lively youth workers, Wendy, Mike or Caroline.   Each leader will host a different ‘theme’ of activities, with our three options being:

1. Greenwood working* – learn to use power tools and create an item to take home made from reclaimed wood
2. Woodland Bush Craft Experience* – Build shelters, light a fire the real way, whittle wood, swing in our hammocks or take our slack line challenge!
3. Wild Wellies – outdoor nature activities for pre-schoolers, story telling, mini dens.

*These activities are aimed at age 11+ but the experienced team can tailor to suit children from age 5 (with parental guidance) These are example session content and may be subject to change

COST: £20.00 per 1 hour ‘bubble’ slot for a bubble of up to 5 people (including adults)

BOOKING

To request a booking please complete and submit the booking request form which is at the bottom of the page after the session timetables. This is NOT a guaranteed booking, we will allocate on a first come first served basis and contact all enquirers to either confirm and take payment, offer an alternative session or decline.

Greenwood Bubble

Wendy will be based in our superb open air Greenwood Shelter and run socially distanced practical sessions using wood and tools –  example activities would include building Junkbots, woodwork or making craft items to take home.  Aimed at age 11+ but sessions will be adapted to suit the ages of your group, we can tailor from ages 5 plus with parental support.

Woodland Bubble

Mike will be based down in the beautiful woodland area and run bush craft activities like shelter building, fire-lighting, cooking on an open fire, whittling.  Hammocks and slackline can be set up too!  Aimed at age 11+ but sessions will be adapted to suit the ages of your group, we can tailor from ages 5 plus with parental support

Wild Wellies Bubble

Forest school leader Caroline will be based close to our play area and run various nature based outdoor activities aimed at pre-schoolers.  These will be like our Wild Wellies sessions; examples of activities include making nests, no cook playdough, clay play or sowing seeds.  We may also include story times!
