We offer a variety of high quality products from our outlets, including gourmet burgers and sausages produced in our butchery, slow cooked Aberdeen Angus beef and Gloucestershire Old Spork pork, MSC approved sustainably sourced Fish & Chips, Woodfired pizza and barista coffee.
Alongside our own units we work with lots of great guest traders who offer artisan street food menus. These can vary from bespoke bars and ice cream units, to authentic Indian curries, gourmet kebabs, halloumi fries, vegetarian and vegan street food and sweet treats such as waffles and crepes. We are always eager to work with venues to create the right food and drink offering, with a variety of options to meet all dietary requirements. We always try to work with great local traders to each venue.
When managing concessions, we oversee all necessary aspects before, after and during the event. This covers all bookings, planning, H&S and food safety compliance as well as food offerings, allows us to ensure we deliver the highest quality service.
One of our core values is honesty, through the food we produce, our relationships with suppliers, guest traders and event organisers. In an industry that has previously lacked transparency, we bring a more dynamic approach with a focus on clarity and trust. We use modern EPOS technology across units which allows for transaction efficiency as well as consistency.
