Join us in your own private bubble to build your own bird box, guided by your own session leader Mike or Wendy. Learn woodworking skills as you turn reclaimed wood into a brilliant home for our native birds. You can take your creation home and pop in your garden helping to care for our wonderful birds – many which are sadly in decline. The cost is £30.00 for the 1.5 hour session including all the materials for up to 6 people / 2 households to make one bird box. An additional box can be made for a fee of £5.00.
Please note adult supervision is required within your group as the construction involves a high level of tool use and sawing of wood. We require 1 adult per bird box being made. Suitable for children age 5+ with adult support.
Session are available at the following start times on Tuesday 6th April, Wednesday 7th April and Thursday 8th April:
9.30am / 10am / 11.30am / 12.00 midday / 1.30pm / 2.00pm
