Please join us for a spring picnic with the lambs!
Bring your picnic blanket/chairs and we will provide you with a delicious picnic each and exclusive access to our field of lambs, pick your own spot and spend an hour watching the happy lamps skipping and playing on the bales. All children will receive a goody bag with our seasonal activity pack, pencil and our new spring farm ‘story’ trail leaflet. On this trail each child gets to create their own individual version of our farm story!

Booking terms:

  • Non refundable (with exception of proof of positive covid test/isolation notice or if Government restrictions are not eased as planned)
  • No amends are possible, please only book once you are certain that the day and time is suitable.
  • Maximum of 6 people/2 households per booking – larger group bookings that we feel are not within the regulations will be cancelled and refunded.
  • Social distancing rules apply.
  • You must bring own picnic blanket or seating.
  • We request a maximum stay of 1 hour and adhere to your pre-booked arrival time.
  • Please follow event parking signs on arrival.
  • Event will run in all weathers, please dress appropriately on the day of your visit.
  • Please be considerate of the new born animals and ensure children are not causing any upset. We reserve the right to ask any customers to leave that are not respectful of the animals.

General Health & Safety Rules:

  • Wash hands before eating and after leaving the field and use hand sanitiser gels on entry/exit to field
  • Do not allow children to climb on fences or gates.
  • Do not mix with other households outside of your own booking as per Government guidelines or our staff will intervene.
  • Ensure all responsible adults are aware of the rules.
  • Pregnant Women – Ewes are sometimes infected with an organism called Chlamydia Psittaci, which can cause miscarriage in women. The risk is very small, but it is important to be aware of the potential problem. To avoid this risk, pregnant woman, or anyone who may be, must not have any contact with newly born lambs
