Farm Fridays are not only back, but they are back EVERY SINGLE week!
Whatever your reason, we need your help!
Starting in October you are welcome to join us every Friday from 10am – 4pm for a day at the farm.
Whether its improving our trails, repairing fences or even larger projects like constructing roundhouses and straw bale buildings, your input will make a huge impact on our community farm, and hopefully we will have an impact on you!
No experience is necessary, just a great sense of humour and a willingness to get stuck in.
Farm Fridays welcome volunteers of all ages, young and old. Youth unemployment for under 25’s in particular is expected to rise after the COVID-19 pandemic. Farm Fridays is a great way to boost your CV by adding practical skills and closing the dreaded CV gaps! Not only can it give you a career boost but by working as part of a team, it’s a great way to improve give your confidence a boost as well as your social skills.
Whatever the weather, we’re here on the farm and are always looking for new Volunteers.
We have several tea breaks throughout the day and even a discount in the farm shop and café for lunch if you wish!
Booking is currently essential and numbers are limited to suit all current government guidelines.
10am – 4pm, bring your own lunch.
