Welcome to Fordhall Organic Farm
1 farmer, 8000 landlords!

Fordhall Organic Farm, in Market Drayton, north Shropshire has been organic for over 65 years. We rear grass fed beef, lamb and Gloucester Old Spot pork.

After being saved from development in 2006 through a national campaign, we are now England's first community-owned farm and offer a warm welcome to all.

We are fundraising: on our way to raise £15,000 to further natural and Wild play at Fordhall Farm in memory of the late Arthur Hollins. 2015 would be his 100th birthday!

NOTE TO ALL FAMILIES Our Halloween event on Sunday has unfortunately been cancelled due to staff illness.

BUT, we are making Haunted Houses for Creepy Crawlies Tues 28th Oct 10.30am-12.30pm followed by toasting marshmallows and chestnuts on an open fire, so all is not lost! £3 per child (suitable for ages 5-11years) 01630 638696

Farm Shop and Arthur's Farm Kitchen: Tues - Sat 9.30am-5pm and Sun 10am-4pm. Open Bank Holiday Mondays 10am - 4pm.

We will open any evening for private parties or meetings. You can also hire our field for rural weddings or ask us to run an outdoor birthday party for your child (or for you!). Please call us to discuss your requirements.
