within 24 hours of your arrival

The latest submission time is 12 midday on the day of arrival.

Failure to complete and submit the form may mean we are unable to leave your keys, it is essential that we have this information.

I confirm that if any of our group start to experience symptoms of COVID-19 during stay (temperature/sore throat/persistent cough/loss taste or smell) we will notify management immediately via telephone, we will also notify if any symptoms develop within 2 days of our departure.*
