Here at FCLI we are looking at some long-term strategic planning. Discussions have started with our Board about ‘Fordhall – the Next Generation’. But before you get excited; no, we are not beaming into space like a Star Trek movie!
The plan is to ensure that our short to medium-term plans encompass the needs of the next generation of Fordhall farmers, and those within our community.
We would love to involve you in this process. We want, indeed, we need, to make sure the visions and strategies we put in place align with your own values and visions.
Our last strategy covered 2019-2023, so instead of looking just another 5 years ahead, we are looking to create a vision decades ahead. Ensuring what we do now supports that journey in every possible way.

As a community-owned farm, with members across the globe, surveys like this are the best way of us ensuring we are listening to you and considering your ideas and passions as we move forward, so I really would encourage you to input. I have tried to ensure that this first survey is not onerous, yet still effective. We have multiple choice questions, plus opportunities for you to expand as you wish.
