River Critter Hunt

Children will explore the beautiful River Tern that runs through the farm, getting hands-on as they use nets and identification sheets to fascinating creatures living beneath the water’s surface. From tiny insects to curious aquatic life, there’s plenty to uncover!

Guided by George, children will learn fun facts about our river ecosystems, and why they are so important to the natural environment. This session is perfect for curious minds who love wildlife, adventure, and getting a little muddy along the way.

Two sessions: 10am to 12pm & 1pm to 3pm

What to bring: Children must come dressed for outdoor summer conditions, including wellies, along with their usual weather-appropriate kit.
